01: CONSULTATION & BRAINSTORMING
This stage sets up the project. We come to you and really find out what your vision is. We will provide you with our expert advice to evaluate your preferences and see how we can make it happen.
02: LABOR PROPOSAL & DESIGN
This is the step where we review what was discussed during our consultation and hand you over the estimate. A2Z has designers to help you conceptualize and design your layout if needed. We will conceptualize the plumbing fixtures, lighting options, custom cabinetry, tiles, appliances, and all other materials needed for your renovation project.
- We create a plan that buys materials as needed.
- We create a timeline for deliverables.
- We green light the project.
03. ORDER MATERIALS & PERMITS
We will hand you the checklist to help you through the selection phase of materials and products. In addition, we have an in-house expeditor who handles communication with your county's building department to get the approval for the renovation.
04: CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION
A2Z will assign a personal project manager for your projhect, who will supervise every phase of the way. They will be in constant contact with you throughout the project and keep you updated on progress. We do everything with timing and space in mind. Depending on the project we will schedule project phases to ensure that you can stay at home throughout the construction. Before you know it, poof, your dream is no longer a dream, but a reality.
